The Aircraft Noise Ombudsman (ANO) conducts independent reviews of Airservices Australia’s and Defence’s management of aircraft noise-related activities, including the handling of complaints and enquiries, community consultation processes related to aircraft noise, and the presentation and distribution of aircraft noise-related information.
If you are not satisfied with the way your complaint was handled by Airservices or Defence, you can make a complaint to the ANO by:

Airservices Australia is Australia’s air navigation service provider. It is responsible for Australia’s airspace management, flight paths, providing noise information and managing complaints.
The Airservices Noise Complaints and Information Service (NCIS) is available to answer your questions about aircraft operations and to record complaints about aircraft noise.

Ground running is when an aircraft engine is tested at the airport while the aircraft is stationary on the ground. Perth Airport is responsible for managing engine ground running and taking enquiries and complaints about noise generated by ground running activities.
